Schedule and ticketing details announced for India vs Netherlands Davis Cup Qualifiers Round 1

Bengaluru, 21 January 2026: India is set for an exciting Davis Cup challenge as they face the Netherlands in the Round 1 Qualifiers, with the high-stakes, two-day tie scheduled for 7 and 8 February 2026. The contest will get underway with two singles matches on the opening day, before shifting focus to the doubles and the reverse singles on day two. Adding to the build-up, the official draw ceremony will take place on 6 February 2026, setting the stage for a compelling weekend of team tennis.

India enters the tie ranked No. 33 in the world, facing a formidable challenge against the Netherlands, who are currently ranked No. 4 and finished as runners-up at the 2024 Davis Cup. India’s challenge will be led in singles by Sumit Nagal, alongside Dhakshineswar Suresh and Karan Singh, while Yuki Bhambri and Rithvik Bollipalli are set to anchor the doubles department. The Indian team will be led by, Rohit Rajpal as Captain and Mr. Ashutosh Singh as Coach.

The Netherlands Davis Cup team, meanwhile, are expected to rely on Jesper de Jong and Guy den Ouden in singles, with the experienced doubles pairing of David Pel and Sander Arends providing stability under captain Paul Haarhuis.
